International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs/duties charges. SimWorks is not responsible for customs/duties charges, and these costs are determined by your local customs office. We can’t determine, in advance, what these fees will be.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unused merchandise purchased directly from SimWorks may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and are encouraged to insure your package, and declare value. All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, installed, or used, and in the original box with all manufacturer packaging.

Please note that we don’t accept returns on merchandise not purchased directly from us. If you have purchased your item from SimWorks dealer, you should return the item directly to the dealer where the item was purchased. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there was an error on our part. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase.

Tires and fenders do not have warranty periods; most damages are due to improper installation or wear and tear. However, if such a part develops faults within 30 days of your purchase due to defects in material or workmanship (but not installation), then please email us with your purchase order # to initiate your claim.
Shipping & Handling
Sorry, shipping cost is not accurate. It will calculate by weight automatically on the system. We will refund the differences of overcharged shipping cost when it's shipped. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact shipping rate for your order.
