SIMWORKS Stainless Outer Cable for Brake

Nissen Cable uses stainless steel coil wire for the outer cable, which is generally made of steel, making it rust-resistant and finished with a transparent coating. A polyethylene inner liner is placed inside the coil, making the lever pull lighter. The outer diameter of the shift cable is 5 mm, and the inner wire is compatible with 1.2 mm.

[Recommended Installation method to maximize the performance of the outer cable]

• Before installation, leave the outer cable in a straight state for half a day to a day to remove any initial shrinkage before use.
  
• Use an outer cut guide or high-precision wire cutters to cut it.
  
• After cutting, deburr the coating and coil and gauge clearance in the liner tube.
  
• Apply fluorine-based oil or silicone-based oil to the inner cable.
